Service Description
Cleaning Checklist: Standard cleaning - Dust furniture, electronics, lamps, and light switches in all rooms - Sweep or vacuum floors throughout the space - Mop floors if needed - Empty wastebaskets **Bedroom(s):** - Make beds/change bed linens if provided - Dust headboards, lamps, and light switches **Bathroom(s):** - Clean mirrors, sink, faucet, counters, and toilet **Bathtub/Shower:** - Clean enclosure, surrounding tiles, floors, shower rod/door, faucets/controls, and towel bars **Kitchen:** - Clean counters, sink, faucets, stopper, splash guards, and backsplash - Load the dishwasher if empty - Clean microwave (inside and outside) - Wipe exterior of oven, range, fridge, dishwasher, other small appliances, and cabinets
Cancellation Policy
* Once a booking is confirmed, a minimum of 1 business day’s notice is required for cancellations, reschedules, or suspension of service * Cancellations can be made by phone call or sms 561-823-3009, email info@goldenhavencleaningservice.com * Late cancellations, made without a minimum of 1 business day’s notice, will incur a cancellation fee * Cancellation fees are equivalent to two (2) hours of cleaning * Lock-outs, where we are unable to enter a property after making a call-out, incur an additional call-out fee * Lock-out fees (ie, cancellation + call-out fee) are equivalent to the full cost of your booking.
