Service Description
Deep Cleaning Checklist **General Cleaning (All Rooms)** - Dust furniture, including large electronics such as TVs, lamps, and light switches. - Dust blinds, wall hangings, decor, and reachable ceiling fans. - Sweep or vacuum floors. - Mop floors if appropriate. - Clean baseboards, window sills, door frames, and interior glass doors. - Vacuum upholstery. - Empty wastebaskets. **Bedroom(s)** - Make beds/change bed linens if provided. - Dust headboards, lamps, and light switches. **Bathroom(s)** - Clean mirrors, sink, faucet, counters, and toilet. - Clean bathtub/shower enclosure, surrounding tiles, floors, shower rod/door, faucets, and towel bars. - Scrub tile and grout in bathtub/shower. **Kitchen** - Clean counters, sink, faucets, stopper, splash guards, and backsplash. - Load the dishwasher if empty. - Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave. - Clean the exterior of the oven, range, fridge, dishwasher, and other small appliances. - Clean the exterior of cabinets.




Cancellation Policy
1. Booking in Advance Please book your cleaning at least 48 hours (2 full business days) before your desired appointment. This helps us schedule our team and provide you the best service. 2. Changes & Cancellations Need to cancel or reschedule? Please let us know by phone or SMS at least 2 business days before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 business days’ notice will be charged a fee equal to 2 hours of cleaning, based on your booking price. For example, if your cleaning is $150 for 3 hours, the cancellation fee will be $100. 3. Access to Your Home Please ensure someone is home or the cleaning team has the necessary access codes or keys. If we arrive and cannot get inside, this constitutes a lock-out, and you will be charged the full cost of your booking. 4. Add-On Services Want extra services like oven or fridge cleaning? Please notify us at least one business day prior to your appointment. Same-day add-ons may be possible but could have a small extra fee ($10–$25) and depend on availability. If we can’t do the add-on because of access or preparation issues, the fee may still apply. 5. Protecting Your Property We take care while cleaning but cannot be responsible for damage to items that were already broken, loose, or fragile before the service. Please secure pets and valuables to keep them safe during cleaning. 6. Agreement By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please reach out before your appointment!
